I am going over on my carbs again today--I just cannot keep them at or below 100 grams/day when Andrea is cooking for me. I had a great workout with Emma yesterday during the last Pilates Dtox session. I am looking forward to a great session with Theresa today. Emma is going to continue the 1000 session on Tues/Thurs as a beginners Pilates class--Wish I could afford them in addition to the sessions with Theresa. The girls in the pilates dtox class are interested in group training sessions with a personal trainer as the cost will be lower. If that is the case I may be able to add another hour on to personal training. we will have to see.
