Well, I had my weigh in today gained 0.6. Not happy about it but I know how it happened. It has been a crazy week here, my husband and two of my kids have just left to go to Mexico for about two weeks. So this past week I have been stressed out and running around getting everything ready for their trip. And this past week we have been eating fast food like crazy. I did good and stuck to my points but it's not the same as when I cook.

So I'm going to shake this off get back to working out and moving more. I have lots of activities planned for me and my other kid to do this week. Lots of walking. So if all works out I should hopefully loose 3.5 next week that's my goal.
