Last coupla days have been kinda wonky. Not so far off carb count or percentages, just off on carb quality; and not drinking enough water. Like today, ate breakfast but then missed lunch and ended up really hungry when got home from evening class. Not enough fresh meat in fridge so ended up making almond-coco pancakes with side of ham and LOTS of butter. So, numbers look about right but carbs not from vegies. And skipped weighing this a.m. So will do it tomorrow a.m. Should be able to get back on track with meal planning, etc.
