OK so I am doing horribly!! I went over my cals all weekend!

Diet Calendar Entry for 23 January 2011:

what i have learned is, watch your sodium intake. that will keep your weight up. try to lower your sodium and you should see a change within a day or so. i did, its helped alot. learned this as i have high blood pressure and no matter how low in calories i ate, the sodium was the issue. good luck!
