I quit Atkins 3 days ago & that water weight is creepin back on (was 148, now 150)I wonder if I should quit concentrating on that stupid scale and work on toning & just being HEALTHY and exercising like I should be? I got some cute curves I don't think I wanna lose anyway.. PLUS.. If I keep gaining & losing the same 20lbs I'm afriad I'll hafta tuck my "girls" into my socks when I get older (OH NO!!!) It's too bad workin out is so friggin boring.. I need an I-Pod or something.. I can't really hum show tunes while I'm jogging 0__0
