Sheawyn's Journal, 12 March 2021

Did my Vitality Health Check this morning, last one was December 2019. Waist circumference has dropped 8cm, both glucose and cholesterol levels have dropped (cholesterol has almost halved!) and are now in the normal range, and for once when the nurse pointed out my BMI is in the overweight range, I could honestly tell her it was a work in progress! 💃
