I was feeling really down about my weight loss and too much going on with my family and kids . . . .I think I actually gained a pound. I am doing something new starting today; 2 low carb power burn days per week and 5 regular. It includes all the food groups and lots of veggies so it should work for me. Next time I need to mix it up I'm going to try ketosis. Then liquids. This is supposed to help with my insulin levels and carb problem! We all know I had a few cheat foods, but the major thing I had changed was to add beans / wild rice to my food intake. I'm not even talking a lot, but I guess it wasn't working for me. It's March, so I hope all this snow and ice melts already! I know I'll be complaining about mosquitos and sweat in the summer. I'm much less tolerant to high heat actually, but this weather is brutal! I like to enjoy walking and even take the baby with me . . . . which reminds me, I have to get the stroller seat replaced, so that I can finally get out on those walks . . . Thanks for listening to my rambling today . .. . . Hope everyone is doing well!

ps - I tried on some clothes as in things that are woven fabric and including zippers, not leggings and my loose fitting hi-lo tops, and whoah! this stuff is before the baby; i think; and they went on! and looked reasonably good! I'm invited to a brunch / party on Sunday, so I need to find something to wear! I need to get back on track!

Hey tulip, I understand how you feel .... I have had those spells. It will warm up soon and you will feel less tied down when you can get out. Hugs.
