Today I planned out my food for tomorrow; I always stick to my diet better if I do that. I'm determined to be skinny for summer, but I always get tempted by ideas for cakes or sweets to make... I just need to be strong. My main focus at the moment is getting over my cravings for something sweet after every meal. I managed it on Saturday, but not for the past two days, unfortunately. I always give in to temptation when I'm at home :( But tomorrow is a new day, and I will stick to my plan!
