Today I planned out my food for tomorrow; I always stick to my diet better if I do that. I'm determined to be skinny for summer, but I always get tempted by ideas for cakes or sweets to make...
I just need to be strong.
My main focus at the moment is getting over my cravings for something sweet after every meal. I managed it on Saturday, but not for the past two days, unfortunately. I always give in to temptation when I'm at home :(
But tomorrow is a new day, and I will stick to my plan!

I love that you plan and post food the day before, I do that at times too and it does help. Try not to deprive yourself of sweets, is there something low calorie you can make to satisfy that sweet tooth? What can you do at home to keep out of the stuff. Out of sight? Out of mind? Good luck.
