I can manage the fast day on Mondays even though I hate my scales at the moment. Had to check weight Monday morning and wow!! it looked like I'd put on 2lbs,very depressing!! Thinking Oh no why bother then. Still got into routine of fast day and lo and behold weight normalised and down by Tuesday morning...so probably fluid retention. Well I have to call it something to cope with it. Am at that 14 stone stage when am desperate to just get below into 13 stone anything! Think I could cope if scales loved me a bit more than they do at the moment. Might throw them out and get digital as breathing out to make it seem better is pretty pathetic..I know... but still do it. Eldest son has significant birthday in 2 weeks time and just wanted to be a few pounds lighter ..for me .. so can be amazing cool slim trendy mother..not a chance..ha ha
