I was SUPER excited to step on the scale and see this number! I am loving the new energy and the feeling of accomplishment from these few pounds that I have lost, I can't wait to reach my goal! I have set a few small goals and each time I reach one, I am going to reward myself with something like a new book, movie date with my hubby or something "non-food"!
