Just revisited this list and apparently I owe myself a few things :) I also think that my 140 will be a professional massage to treat my body nicely for all the hard work I've been putting in. I do need to start upping my exercise more, but I just can't seem to find the time so I'll keep doing what I can.
I feel like my final goal is within reach now and I'm so excited. And it just MIGHT be in time for my vacation at the end of June which would be amazing. I do feel so much better. I have more energy during the day and I've been sleeping better... its really nice.
