Ok so let's just call this weekend a wash. I am now reminded why I don't track the weekends, since I take them off, I don't watch what I eat as much. So, then I don't feel bad about it. I am so close to my goal, well I guess I official reached my goal about a week or two ago, 140lbs is the weight that the trainer told me to get to. and that's what I have been working at, but my original goal was 135lbs and that thus far has been at that point that is very hard to get that last 5 lbs off. I can do it, I know I can.
