Over on my carbs again today--I just seem to have a very hard time keeping them below 100g/day:( I missed my workout with Theresa yesterday because my car was in the shop (bad ball bearing a $477 fix) and I had no way to get to the gym. I thaught I made the appointment for my car early enough (0730) to be done by 0930 to get to the gym by 1000. At least my car is quiet now! I will be going to gym for "yoga basics" this morning. My goal is to not break the poses until the instructor gives the ok. I have not been able to do this yet. My right arm still gets twinges now and then when I move it wrong. However it is better than when I first injured it, the Chiropractor is doing some good. I want to get my "Cardio Point" testing done so I know what my target heart rate is for fat burning this month. Once I have that done my goal is to wear my heart monitor each time I work out. Andrea has a few appointments this week so we will see how I do in the work out department since I have to drive her everywhere.
