prophecygirl86's Journal, 22 January 2011

I've decided that I want to lose more weight then I originally planned. I thought I'd be smaller by now. I'm not FAT but I am still overweight. My body just isn't as small as I had hoped it would be at 150lbs. SO I have decided that I want to get down to 120lbs. I know that is another 30lbs which seems like a lot...But I'm just afraid that I might think I'm bigger then I am. In my eyes I'm chubby still..But is that how everyone else see's me? So many unanswered questions...

Have you calculated your Body Mass Index? That will give you a pretty clear idea of the lightest weight you should be at as it tends to understate what one's "normal" weight is.

I wouldn't worry so much about what everyone else thinks about you, but moreso what YOU think about YOU. If YOU want to lose more weight, then go for it. I think you are perfect the way you are AND the way you were.

Thank you Fish. I do want to lose more weight for myself. It's not just about appearance it's also about how healthy my body is on the inside as well as out. A lot of my weight is in my mid section which is dangerous. That's why I want to lose more weight. I want to be as healthy as I can be.
