Walked at the mall today and also around the block in the cold, but it was too cold so I went to the mall. Didn't walk as much as I should have but time was pressing.
I think either my starting weight was off or my shoes were too heavy. I jumped from 215 to 205 in a hurry and I don't know why that was. Might be a defective scale. Whatever, I guess I'll take it.
