Blood glucose one hour after last meal = 82
Chicken chili (chicken, onions, peppers & spices) simmering in the crock pot for tomorrow's lunch = yum! Breakfast will be 'paleo' pumpkin or blueberry pancakes. Not sure which ~ guess I'll decide tomorrow morning. And dinner is variety night!! It will def include chocolate. LOL!
