I am doing my best to stay on track! It seems that lately I do good for a week or so & then give in to temptation. Unfortunately, that little step in the wrong direction leads to strides down to the valley of gluttony! That is why I am staying focused on my goal & what I want for my life! I don't want to be overweight, tired, miserable & unhealthy. I want to be fit, energetic, happy & healthy! That is when I have the most confidence in myself!

Why should I make healthy choices?

Because I want to get back into my favorite size 10 pinstriped pants!
