Today : No canderal choc!

Protein shake
Then Supper 🙏🏽😘happy to be out of 64’s... 62😃am on my way 🙂🙂🙂🙂
139.8 lb Lost so far: 23.6 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
