Struggled to lose this little bit. Grandson's birthday dinner he picked the restaurant. Soup supper at church. Food brought in to work two different days. Having trouble with this site not being able to look at good carbs and bad carbs. Keeps me confused. Always like I am eating way to many bad carbs.
