Caryatid's Journal, 26 February 2014

Today was a long and stressful day of being out in the cold. I also helped push a car that was stuck on ice. I guess that's exercise! I had a big breakfast, but no lunch and am under the RDI of calories. But I also ordered out Thai for dinner and that is a high sugar food. Tomorrow will be better. One thing I did do that was good is go to a mall and walk for nearly an hour with my friend. Hard to walk between knee replacement on the right and bone spur on left foot, but I truly feel better despite the pain.
