I have been a little under the weather this week with a temp of 101.4 on Sunday but thanks to my husband it broke and now I am just congested but I have not been to the gym. I am going today because I want to sweat and seeing the weight on the scale go down on Saturdays (my weigh/cheat day) is great motivation. Eating wise not the best but still less than I think my body needs, though I have not really been active this week so I think it has balanced out. Good luck to everyone who is on this journey this week!
