Never again am I going to eat that salad! I didn't like: the mixed greens (I'm a baby spinach person), basil, or the cucumbers (I hate cucumbers). I'm going to check out my meal plan and choose another meal when I see the salad on there. I finished the salad, but I didn't enjoy it. My snack should be interesting: hummus and carrots.
