Well, I followed my breakfast meal plan from Jillian's website. I came to the conclusion that I DO NOT like the way protein powder tastes.....and that's because I got the chocolate flavored one! Oh well. I'll just have to get use to it. Breakfast filled me up. I'm starting to get hungry again, so I'll probably make my lunch once I'm done updating my stuff. I haven't weighed myself yet today. I'll just weigh myself later when I do my WiiFit. Today I'm supposed to do cardio according to the exercise plan from Jillian's site. I'm really liking it so far! I'll update my journal again later with how I like what I'm eating.
