Well yesterday I was so hungry that I went a bit crazy. So I have put up my RDI the computer sets it at 2400, I had it set at 1400 but I am just too hungry on that. I have now set it at 2000. As I have been a major dairy eater all my life I am finding it a bit difficult to think of my meals without it. Today I will go and buy some breakfast cereal and some rice or soy milk and bananas.

Good luck to you! I also love my dairy. I am a vegetarian, but I do eat eggs, and dairy products! I have my RDI set to 1,333 calories per day. I also find it very hard, as well!
