I haven't been very good at keeping low carb. I am trying calorie cycling (UDDD) because it is working so well for my sister. So far, it hasn't worked for me AT ALL. I am thinking that I need to get my carbs back under 20g a day. I will give this until the end of the week, then decide.
225.8 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 45.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
