It's interesting to me how I gained 10 pounds almost overnight (literally). I realize that by quitting tobacco I possibly changed out one bad habit for another, but I didn't gain any weight while I was quitting. It just seems like it's taking a really long time for me to shed any weight. I have been at a steady 130 lbs. for 2 years now, without watching what I eat (within reason) or exercising. Now I am limiting calories and exercising and I can't seem to make any progress. I'm frustrated, but I'm not giving up. It just seems like it's time to re-evaluate my plan of attack.
