Got to the gym earlier and had a great chest and tri's workout with 30 minutes of cardio. My Polar HRM said I burned over 600 calories.

I still need to work on my time management and organization in the morning so that I can get to the office on time.

I have protein before and after my morning workouts to support my muscle. I don't really count that as my breakfast however.
