I'm not willing to give up. I am going to write down everyting I eat. I will make sure everything I eat is healthy. I will also make sure I take my vitamins everyday. I will stick with my plan. If I follow a diet plan with less than 1200 calories eventually I will lose weight and be healthier and look good and feel good.
