Muscle does way more than body fat. When you start exercising you will see some weight gain so don't be discouraged. Sometimes the scale is not our friend and you seen inches not weight difference. Which you don't see if you are like me and DON'T measure.
Someone said to check how your clothes fit. That is a good indicator too. My jeans feel a little looser. Hang on it will get better.
