I really started Dec 29th. Weighed in at 180. Yesterday I weighed 171 at the gym :)...I have been going to the gym about 5 or 6 days a week. Do warm-up of 10 min on eliptical or bike..then weights for upperbody and crunches for core..plus 30 min on bike to end it. Takes between 60 and 75 minutes total. am doing mainly 'no flour-no sugar'. Very few calories. I can't believe I picked today to start fatsecret! I have been eating so healthy and today i have a herniated disc with painful spasms and am taking soma and codeine...
