Trying to set a schedule for myself, it sucks. I want to stay up till 4am and sleep till 3pm, but my family hates it and I am not getting my homework done. So today I got up earlier, gooing to try not to nap, study and hopefully 2 workouts! Fingers crossed, we are getting closer to that 4 week weigh in and measuring!
Late night add on-got 2 smaller workouts and homework in. Need to focus on actually allowing myself to eat. I either way OVER eat or way UNDER eat. I am not OCD at all. lol. Onward and hopefully downward!
