This is surprisingly going very well. I was blessed for my first 30 years with an AWESOME metabolism. Most of my friends had to worry about what they ate, but until I hit 30 (and had babies # 3 & 4) after suffering 2 miscarriages the weight just didn't seem to move and I couldn't find the energy to attempt to work it off. Now ... I seem to be on my way!
