Does any one else who does not weigh themselves everyday get a little anxious the day before weigh-in day and go over the bad choices you have made since the last time you weighed yourself? Because I am experiencing that now..... (bitting my nails)

Yes every day. I'm working hard on only weighing myself once a week, but my brain doesnt want to follow the rules. I get so discpouraged when there's no movement on the scale when I work so hard at it.
