Only ten more pounds to my goal!!! I'm down more than 30 pounds. Unfortunately it's way harder to lose the last ten pounds than anything else. The good news is that in just five pounds (!!!) I can move the first bar on the scale to the 100 initially, instead of the 150, and also now I'm not worried about having to move that first bar to 200 any more. I haven't wanted to try on anything for years (or go to parties or be photographed for that matter) so maybe all this horrible restrictiveness and busting my ass in bar class and with the weights and on the treadmill every single day is worth it after all. It's so hard maintaining the will power to say no to the foods I love and the discipline to get in the gym and work really, really hard every day. Hopefully I can get to my goal and stay there.
