Another day.... starting to feel a pull out of the nosedive I took.
Had a lovely day off work yesterday and brought my little nephews swimming and to the cinema. I was shattered by the end of the day but enjoyed.
Back in the gym this morning to kick my butt. I have added in a new type of HIIT so I think my body is starting to feel the difference. Am not feeling as sluggish as I did last week.
