Day 3 of SBD Phase 1. Day 1 was perfect. Day 2 I had no sugar added icecream that only had 12 carbs (after taking out the sugar alchohols). I know it was a no no. Today-Day 3 I had 2 tortilla chips because we went to a Mexican restaurant and I couldn't resist, but didn't go crazy. Just had fajitas with no rice and no tortillas (except the 2 chips). Then I had about 1/4 of a sliced carrot, because I had leftover baked steak and the carrot was already on it and looked SOOO good. And I have gained 5 pounds since Sunday, my first day. So apparantly not going as well as I thought.
