Strength training today, smothering porkchops (with onions, not gravy), and preparing to start a new semester of school. It is time to really buckle down because this is when I usually relapse. I am committed and ready to lose the weight.
139.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
