Since I have started dieting 3 weeks ago I have found out that I have a lot more energy. Now that all the snow is melting I can get out and walk now. So far I have lost 6 pounds. Which is great. So hopefully I will be successful at my challenge. I figured out that if I keep my calories intake at 1300 per day and eat healthier and choose healthier snacks and not to eat after 8 pm I don't get the midnight munchies. But there is always room for improvement just let me know. All suggestions are welcome.
