Yesterday was amazingly easy to handle ! :) Went to Zumba class for 1 hour and then volleyball in the evening. Did not feel hungry after ... so tired from the day activties that fell asleep in like 2 min :) Don't remember anything after that! LOL! Today is more challenging though ... really craving my cheddar cheese and crackers snack but have to stay away. Had a slice of Squirlly Bread and a slice of Gouda. That helped.
