Today completes my 40 day regimen. Now I aim to extend my diet to April which will be 4 months. I have not been as strict by staying away from sugar products, milk, salad dressings, etc. in the 40 day period. My first time doing the diet, I restricted myself to pure vegetables and loss a considerate amount of weight - quickly. But now, I have been liberal with my diet plan. I am somewhat pleased with the weight loss, but wish it was not so difficult. I will try to reduce more weight and hope to obtain my goal weight of 185 lbs.
