Now that I know this truly effective & Fast way (pun unintended haha) of losing weight, I don’t limit myself to 1500 kcal anymore. Just eating whatever I like (healthy stuff/ superfoods most of the time) before I do 12-day Extended Fasting starting from 28 Feb (Sunday) 8pm 😉
