I recently lost 20 lbs after hearing the results of my blood work from my doctor. My triglycerides and cholesterol were SUPER elevated. I became aware of what I was putting on my plate, and just that gave me a 20 lb weight loss. HOWEVER…..Christmas came and went and there I was with a 5lb weight GAIN. I enjoy losing weight. I love my pants being too big and seeing people’s reactions when they see how different I look. -I started at 262lbs -Dropped to 235lbs -Currently 240lbs My ultimate goal is to be under 200 lbs, but more than anything I want to feel great.
