Due to my dad's stroke and the holidays, i've completely abandoned fat secret. Thought i could just watch what i eat. WRONG! I am back, and going to strart my daily exersice too. Still hoping for a miracle of 30 lbs lost by March 5th. Its going to take some hard work.
