I was suprised when I stepped on the scale this morning and saw that I had lost like 2.5 lbs considering that I didn't have time to make my food for the week and have just been eating what I have time to grab out of the fridge.
318.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 138.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
