I needed to update my weight. Eric didn't fill out the correct number in here when he set up my account. I was 258 on Thursday the 20th. My current goal is 7,000 steps a day with my pedometer.

I did 7406 steps!

I can't figure out how to add my steps into the exercise area of this website. It is driving me crazy!
258.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 98.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
