I am finally getting there, I can't believe I only have 5lbs to go. Its been a long road. I am still struggling with my abs, but time is all I need to take care of that.
140.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
