Joined FS one year ago. I am 45 years old, already had my menopause (so I can use the hormone excuse) and 3 back operations (no gym or running allowed), nogal a lost case you would think? Lost 10kg, still eating what I like- carbs, sugar, alcohol and red meat. The secret is to keep your cals in a deficit. Stats: Height: 1,72m Weihgt: 56kg Bust: 86cm Waist: 64cm Hips:84cm
I still log my food, just to be sure that I don't fall back into old habits. On weekends I enjoy the good life, but I keep my monthly cals in a deficit. Good luck to all of you still busy with the journey, it really is possible!
