This weekend was extremely hard to fit in time for my kinect workout. we had company staying at our house, spent the entire day saturday running all over town completing chores. left house around 10am and did not get home until after 9 at night. but with all of the walking that was involved, my legs were feeling it on sunday. And of course this past sunday was our monthly target shooting at the father/son hunt club. so from 4am on, i was once again on the go. but i did compete in 11 outdoor freetyle shoots,winning 6 (including one bullseye), haha, (i just love beating the men, okay had to gloat a little) which involves balance, steadiness and upper arm strength.and not to mention this is outdoors and i think in was only in the mid 30's yestarday,. but i am back on task today with the kinect. I am rotating between kinect games as to not destroy the same muscles each day. and have already noticed that my jeans fit just a little bit nicer around the waist. i am using kinect adventure, your shape evolved and dance central. i think that with the support of myfatsecret and just my new drive at a new me, i will hit my goal in no time.
