Last weekend was a horrible one with respect to my diet....
So what happened to limiting my nuts intake to a certain quantity?
I love nuts and i eat them like they are going out of fashion(peanut is a major weakness). Its annoying because everywhere i look, there's peanut to eat or get. if i must achieve a major weight loss, i have to give it up because i eat lots of it.
Anyways, lets see how this week goes.....
