Weird! As sudden as the gain was, it is gone just as suddenly. No complaints here. Having a hard time fitting in exercise with a sick baby. I was able to do 30 minutes and then however long it took to do 100 crunches and 100 push-ups. I'm hanging in there. Sorry to everyone that I'm missing your journals. It's a hectic week, but I'll try catching up this weekend! Keep working hard everyone!
188.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Raych, it sounds good to get in 30 min and you 100's with a sick baby! I was going to suggest if I had a sick baby, I probably would only do squats while holding her, lol. Exercising with sick kids is hard work. Great jobs.
